What to do when it rains on your Honeymoon?

You can't even imagine it...you deserve to have a spectacular honeymoon after  months of wedding planning ... relaxation is in your grasp! But then you stalk the weather and see that that exotic trip you have been waiting for calls for rain...OH NO!!! What do you do if it rains on your honeymoon? Your dreams of sandy beaches, sunny skies, and cocktails poolside may be lost but there is still plenty of activities to keep you and your new hubby entertained.

Upgrade your honeymoon room ~ This is where it definitely pays to upgrade your room to enjoy a better view and more in-room amenities...in-room bar, big fancy tub, huge bed, butler service...do it big since you will be in there for a while!

Do a Spa day ~ Relax and be pampered with a treatment at the resort spa. Get a couples massage together, no better way to rejuvenate after a stressful wedding. Then soak in a chocolate or champagne bar together...how romantic is that?!?!

rain on your honeymoon…don’t worry…we have the tips you need!

Play games ~ We always have a deck of cards on hand. Most resorts have game rooms with some fun video games. Or go old school with ping ping, shuffle board, bowling or even pool. Nothing like a little competitive game to get the night going.

Use the gym ~ Nothing is sexier then working out with your honey! Whether its weight training or running in the treadmill, being in shape is hard work so do it together. Plus you ca work off all that food you guys will be enjoying. Or try yoga...helps with flexibility which is always needed on your honeymoon!

Get out there and play in the rain ~ Don’t let a little rain keep you from swimming in that huge pool and playing in the ocean, you’re already wet!!

Take a trip into town ~ Sample the delicious local cuisine, shop for some trinkets, have a cocktail, see the sights...all of this can be done in the rain...go for it!

Remember, this is still a once-in-a-lifetime trip and enjoy every moment rain or shine...keeping this positive attitude on your trip and in your marriage will always be helpful.
