OUR FEE INCLUDES TIME, EXPERIENCE, LABOR AND IS BASED ON YOUR LOCATION, DATE AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PLANNING TEAM.

This planning option is designed for couples who need some of the final details wrapped up. Depending on your needs, Events by Missy & Company will start to work with you 6 months prior to your wedding. Customized to suit your unique needs, we can handle everything listed below and more.

    • Initial consultation with Melissa to review your style, theme and the day’s events

    • Email and phone support during business hours

    • Use of our online custom client management program

    • Wedding planning exclusively with Melissa Fife

    • 6-month contract

    • 2 venue site visits

    • 1 meeting with the entertainment, photographer, videographer, florist

    • Curating your vision & needs

    • Creating a budget and allocating costs for each vendor category

    • Assist with sourcing vendors based on style

    • Review contracts to ensure everything is in order

    • Locate hotels in the area for guests & set up hotel room blocks

    • Communicate needs between clients & vendors

    • Create day-of timeline to the couple for approval

    • Work with officiant / rabbi / priest to create ceremony plan

    • Send approved day-of timeline to all vendors & venue 2 weeks before the wedding

    • Coordinate day-of logistics with venue & vendors

    • And so much more behind the scenes work

    • Provide direction of the ceremony procession for the wedding party, parents, ushers, musicians, readers, officiant / rabbi / priest and the couple

    • Deliver guest welcome bags & weekend itinerary to local hotel

    • 10 hours of wedding day coverage with Melissa and 2 assistants with an essential emergency kit

    • Deliver & set up all wedding day items to the ceremony space

    • Coordinate transportation schedule drop offs & pick ups

    • Provide direction for the ceremony procession; wedding party, readers, ushers, musicians, officiant and the couple

    • Primary contact for all wedding professionals throughout the day to ensure a flawless event

    • Work with entertainment & couple throughout the day to keep everyone on track

    • Oversee entire reception flow & management

    • Deliver final payments / gratuities to wedding professionals if needed

    • Gather personal items and hand off to designated individual after the wedding

    • Above all … ensure the day runs as planned!
